The Moslem Convert: A visit from a stranger in a hotel.
To that same hotel, a stranger came to visit me. He told me that he had come, several years before, to one of my meetings, as a Moslem. He accepted Christ as His Lord and Savior and Master, and became a fervent Christian. Now, he had married, with children, and was launching out into Christian ministry! Yet, one year later, he had died from diabetes. Diabetes has reached epidemic proportions in Nigeria, because of an excess of carbohydrates, starches and sugars, all of which turn to sugar. In Nigeria, diabetes is often a death sentence, as they have little means of detecting it in the first place, or of treating, in the second.
